“Beach Beagle” is a very dog friendly home so sweetly named for the owners love of his 4 legged family members.

“Beach Beagle” is a beautiful vacation home situated front row with nothing between you and the water except sand dunes and salt grass.  The deck is partially covered and partially uncovered for those who enjoy sunbathing and those who are sensitive to the sun.  From the deck you will see mother nature at her best.  View brown pelicans and sand pipers, watch blue skies turn to orange sunsets, view the Gulf of Mexico change from a flat lake like environment excellent for fishing to rough waters with perfectly forming waves for board surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing and other extreme water sports.  Getting to the beach is quick and easy by simply going downstairs to the community beach access walk-over conveniently located in front of the property. “Beach Beagle” was thoughtfully designed with a ramp instead of stairs which is perfect for wagons, dogs, kids, strollers, wheelchairs, ice chests or anyone who finds steps a little harder to manage than stairs. You will also find a partially wheelchair accessible home with wider doors entering the first bedroom and restroom to the left.  This restroom also has grab bars beside the toilet and step in shower.  In late 2019 hardwood floors were installed throughout the house.  And, although this home is an “older new” construction home the owner takes the “off season” each year to keep “Beach Beagle” up-to-date and renter friendly to enhance your vacation experience.

Other than the location, our favorite feature is that there is a bathroom for every bedroom. The third bathroom can be closed off in the hallway and kept as a private bathroom for the 3rd bedroom. Or, it can be kept open and used as a guest bathroom for the house and guests who are sleeping on the sleeper sofas.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are spacious which allows guests enough room to move around comfortably while a front wall of windows facing the beach also adds a bright airiness throughout the common areas.

Underneath the house you will find a cement carport area the doubles as a space to entertain, BBQ, play games, eat & gather.  There is a small yard in front of the house where you can set up yard darts, tether ball, corn hole and even a hammock.  While at the beach in a beautiful home like “Beach Beagle” part of the experience is FUN WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS so why not get out of the house and enjoy the outdoors.  When you call it a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the downstairs enclosed shower, change clothes or just wrap up before heading upstairs.  This is a quiet little neighborhood with only 6 houses, 4 beach front and 2 second row.  If you are traveling with multiple families you can also view “Wyndswept” a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home that sleeps 13 also with a ramp and is located on the beach front next door to “Beach Beagle” and/or “Seas The Moment” which is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home, sleeps 15 has a ramp and an extra cool grocery / personal property lift, this home is also conveniently situated directly behind “Beach Beagle”.
