Listing Description

Mint Julep is a new construction house that was completed in 2015. The house sits in a great area of Pedestrian Beach which is an area known for being family-friendly and within close proximity to everything the island has to offer. Outside you will be spending your evening around the private fire pit or upon either of the two decks. No matter where you decide to relax, you will be able to enjoy water views. Inside the house, you can enjoy those same great views, and they get even better on the second level deck. The two master suites take up the entire upper level, and each has private access to the upper-level deck. On the main level are the other two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the common areas. When you are ready to hit the beach, you will appreciate Mint Juleps close proximity to the public walk-over with shower.

*Due to unpredictable weather patterns, the amount of beach in front of the house (and Pedestrian Beach in general) can vary significantly with a possibility of there being no beach at all. Please be aware that we can not predetermine the beach condition.
