When you walk up the stairs to the living quarters… just like that you will do a double take “WHAT ANOTHER LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING ROOM?”  Yes, that’s correct.  Upstairs you will find another fabulous kitchen, dining room & living room just as beautiful as the one you were just in.  With another wonderful deck as well.  There is also 2 bedrooms and a full bath.  Bedroom #1 is a King with a full view of Bastrop Bayou.  Bedroom #2 is a Queen room.  Both rooms are decorated with beautiful furniture and bedding.  The living room has a 60″ SmartTV.

FANTASTIC fishing, crabbing, bird hunting, cycling and much much for family adventures away you.  A great green grass yard for playing Cornhole, Yard Darts, Washers, etc….  For outdoors entertaining you will find a BBQ which has already been seasoned for you!  A place to dock your boat when your done bird hunting or fishing and a place to clean your keep.  Captain Mark’s Marina is just a few steps away.  There you will find everything from bait to beer and fishing gear.  There is always something fun going on down their.  One weekend may be a cookoff and the next a crawfish boil.  Or, even music.

If you’ve never been to Demi-John Island then you are really missing out.  This is the “Best Kept Secret on the Texas Gulf Coast”!
