This home has a great location, with the beach just steps away from the neighborhood walkover.  This little sanctuary offers so many little touches to enhance your vacation and make it easier to just come and relax: from the beach cart, to the chairs and beach mats, to the four decks – this house has it all!.

Outdoor Living: At Twin Palms “SEAESTA”, you and your family will enjoy a newly designed and decorated open concept home, equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your trip to Surfside Beach! On the main level you will find 2 large decks with views of both the beach and Intercoastal canal and bays. The deck off the kitchen offers a covered area and a sundeck, along with an outdoor patio set, and several chairs to relax and refresh.  The second first level deck sits off of the beautiful “Coral Reef” living room and offers  additional views of the beach and the Intracoastal Canal & Bays.  There is plenty of comfortable patio furniture to sit and appreciate both sunrise and sunset. Upstairs you will enjoy two private balconies- one off each master suite. Enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise, or grab a cocktail to enjoy the beautiful sunset.

  • Below the house: What fun you will have relishing time with your family and friends under the house. This area is cemented, completely covered, and offers additional outdoor spaces for entertaining, BBQing, playing games, listening to music, and enjoying the refreshing gulf breeze. There is a fully enclosed open-air shower with hot and cold water, water hose, an outdoor couch, two unique swings, and small yard.!
  • The community beach access walk-over is located only a few steps away at the end of Howard Ave. As you pull onto Howard Ave. you will see the “Howard Street Patio Homes” to the right and to the left you will find both residential and rental homes. At the end of Howard Ave. on the left you will find 2 sets of 4plex units. Howard Ave. is the perfect street for multiple small families, family reunions, church retreats, corporate events, etc. This fun little community of patio homes makes it easy to travel with multiple families and each can have their own beach house OR meet the neighbors and make new friends

Indoor living: You will love the open concept of Twin Palms “SEAESTA”.   Upon entering, you will fall in love with the modern, open concept floorplan that boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8, and a kitchen bar area that seats two more.  The newly decorated” Coral Reef” living room offers comfy furniture, a flat screen Smart TV, and access to a wonderful deck. Enjoy a full-size washer and dryer, great WIFI for streaming and gaming, and two seating areas for conversation and relaxing. Just off of the dining room you will find a full bathroom with a step-in shower.

Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are upstairs. There are two beautiful master suites, and one bunk room.  The first master suite is “Flamazing”. Bright and cheerful, this room offers a comfy queen-sized bed, large dresser, closet, reading nook, private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. This room has a great view of the beach and sunrise.

“Surf’s Up” Bunkroom: This fun room has two sets of full-sized bunk beds, a large smart tv, and large dresser for clothing.

“Sea Glass” Master Suite is a tranquil oasis for rest and relaxation. It offers a comfy queen-sized bed, larger dresser, closet, reading area, and en suite full bath with tub/shower combo. A private balcony offers a perfect view of the sunset complimenting the beach and bay views.

We sincerely hope you enjoy our sweet little coastal community which was established in 1821 as “Old Velasco”. We are on a small island called “Follett’s Island” and we are connected to Galveston via the “San Luis Toll Bridge”. Galveston is a short 40 minute drive along Bluewater Hwy.
