Decorated for Beach Lover’s. This sweet beach house features 2 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Everyone will have a restful stay while here. 2 bathrooms upstairs and a full restroom on the ground level. The downstairs restroom also has the washer / dryer in that space. You will love coming up off of the beach and going straight into the shower. You will find yourself unwinding and relaxing in no time. We are just a short walk, bike ride or golf cart trip to the pedestrian beach area, a public boat ramp, Jetty Park, playground, splash pad, fishing & crabbing and much more. For your convenience have a provided beach towels for your use, a pack-n-play and high chair as well. We have an amazing large yard for lots of outdoor activities and entertaining family and friends. Under the house you will find a completely cemented area, 2 large picnic tables, 2 BBQ Pits, a sink with hot & cold water and prep space, a hammock, and more. There is a screened porch that will allow you a place to enjoy the ocean breezes and star gazing.
We allow 2 dogs under 30# with a non-refundable pet fee. Doggie clean up bags provided under the kitchen sink.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
