Downstairs you will discover a wonderful space for entertaining, cooking, relaxing & gathering with friends & family. With an enclosed outdoor shower, water hose, hammock, BBQ pit, picnic table, furniture and private walkway to the beach.

The main level deck is a spacious wraparound deck that is partially covered with spectacular views of both the beach & bay. The upper-level deck gets better with the elevation. The water views show off everything mother nature has to offer. The upper-level deck is accessible from the Junior Suite and Presidential Suite. Inside you will walk into an open concept living area with water views. On the main level you will find the Kitchen, Living Room, Primary Suite with ensuite & Bunk / Game Room, laundry area, and one additional full bathroom accessible by all guests & Bunk / Game Room. Dogs are very welcome with a non-refundable fee per dog. 2 dogs max. Dogs must be left in a kennel when guests are gone. No exceptions. No other animals accepted. Guests are required to wash and dry dogs downstairs after returning back to the house from the beach and owners must pick up dog waste. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
