All of the decks are extra large and spacious and will provide the perfect space for entertaining. There is 1 deck on each floor on both the front and rear of the house. You will find yourself outside more than inside. Grab a cup of coffee to enjoy a breathtaking sunrise or a cocktail to watch the majestic sunset. Glorious views Gulf of Mexico and the intracoastal canal will provide memories that you will never forget.
Everything in this home is specifically customized to provide the ultimate beach vacation experience and luxurious comfort for you and your guests. The living room with it's wrap around windows and full scenic access of the Gulf of Mexico will provide views of everything mother nature has provided for your visual pleasure. The extremely comfortable sectional sofa with many throw pillows has been provided for your maximum comfort. When relaxing with the friends and family you will enjoy an exceptional 75" SmartTV as well. The open concept floorplan ensures everyone will be able to interact with one another and be part of everything going on.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to create your favorite delicious, it even has a margarita machine. We have provided plenty of pots, pans, dishes, plates, bowls, cups, pitchers and even an ice maker. The home has a whole house water purification and a special top of the line Reverse Osmosis System for the best drinking water ever. The kitchen island provides comfortable seating for 4 and a dining table seats 8 more.
Downstairs you will find: a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed featuring a “Cool Gel Memory Foam - Medium Firmness" mattress for the best night sleep ever and a flat screen SmartTV.
Upstairs you will find: 3 more bedrooms, all custom beds and 2 spacious restrooms. The Primary bedroom is beyond description and the other 2 bedrooms have a truly exceptional custom design and every kid and adult will want to stay in these rooms.
Under the home you will find: An absolutely immaculate space for entertaining, BBQing, playing yard games, listening to music, etc... You will have the option to rent 1 or both of the golf carts available when you rent this home. Please message or call to ask about the Golf Cart Rental Option.
Additionally, you absolutely cannot find a better location on the island. This home is on such a nice quiet street and is within walking distance of restaurants, the liquor store, souvenir shops and convenience stores. It is also located near the golf cart and bicycle trail along Bluewater Hwy. Also, nearby fishing & crabbing along with easy access to the Texas Kayak Trail, Drum Bay, Swan Lake Bay, the Intracoastal Canal and many more opportunities for exploring the area. And, if you are looking to go a little farther Galveston Island is a quick and beautiful 35-minute drive down Bluewater Hwy. across the San Luis Toll Bridge ($2.00 each way). There you will also find many fun things to do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
