About the Owner
Beach Resort Services is a family owned and operated property management company which was established in 1992. We grew up vacationing on the island since 1958 and fell in love with vacation rentals. We naturally gravitated towards the industry when we relocated to Surfside Beach in 1976. We are a 3rd generation business and just want to help other families create memories.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
