"Breakers Edge" is located on the west end of Surfside’s Pedestrian Beach. Instead of driving down I 45 to Galveston, take 288 directly South to Surfside. It’s an easy drive from the Houston / Pearland area. The house, located on Beach Drive, is oceanfront with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Honestly the most peaceful place on the island.

Enjoy this beach retreat year round. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house offers over 1,000 square feet of living space. The house includes central air and heat, a brand new (10/22) whole house water filtration system, a full-size washer and dryer, two flat screen TVs with Comcast Xfinity, and WIFI. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with vanity, toilet, and shower. Beds include one king, one queen, one full, and a futon (full).

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, disposal, cook top oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, blender, mixer, dishes, utensils, and a variety of pots and pans. The kitchen island provides great space for food prep or additional seating.

The spacious living and dining areas provide all the comforts of home while offering a panoramic view of the Gulf.

A charcoal BBQ grill is provided downstairs as well as a picnic table for outside dining while you listen to the waves and enjoy the ocean breeze. Imagine sitting under the house or even on the deck watching the sand pipers and brown pelicans soar across the sky. Watch the children play on the sand. Take a short walk or ride bikes down to Jetty Park, walk along the jetties, watch the kids on the playground equipment, throw in a fishing or crabbing line.

Some days may have sand in front of the house; other days may not but you will never be lacking for an amazing beach vacation experience. There are beach access areas just one block to the left or two blocks to the right. Fishing and dolphin watching in front of the house is great, or you can visit Surfside’s Jetty Park (only 3 blocks away) where you can bird watch, fish, or see the ships entering or exiting the deep-water seaport in Freeport.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
