Tex-Ann is a beautiful beachfront home located in the family friendly village of Surfside. It is the kind of house that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. This property is spacious and has all the upgrades to make your stay comfortable as if you were at your own home, and with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, you can accommodate a large group up to 18! Your guest will have plenty of space to spread out on the two different leveled decks. One is on the ground level with  built-in seating. For your conveniance after a fun day at the beach theres an inclosed outdoor shower, and the other is the upper-level deck that also has a built-in table and bench. You have a private walk over to access the beach. The Master Bedroom is extra large and features both a soaking tub and an enclosed shower. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
