With spectacular views, amazing high end finishes, new comfortable furniture and fun outdoor spaces, "Vitamin Sea" is the perfect vacation home. It is a newer build beautiful custom construction home that features 3 bedrooms / 2 baths and will accommodate 10 people. This area is known for being family friendly, quiet and having easy beach access across a new community beach access walk-over. From both the upper and lower deck, you will enjoy plenty of space to spread out. The home has multiple seating areas with the option of shade or sun, two picnic tables (one on the deck and one downstairs). Just walk down the stairs and down the driveway to find yourself within steps of the water.
Don't let the pictures fool you. Inside you will immediately notice the spacious layout and open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen areas that will provide plenty of flexibility for your guests. Everyone can be comfortably accommodated. Another great feature of "Vitamin Sea" is the 2 beautiful decks. One off the living room and one off of the upstairs bedroom. Both have deck furniture and amazing views of both the gulf and bay for gorgeous Sunrise and Sunsets.
In the kitchen, you will find quartz countertops and an island for food prep and serving. The dining table seats 6 and there is a picnic table on the porch.
Want to spread out? Underneath the house is a huge cemented area, grass area & firepit. Along with the Tiki Bar which seats 4 the picnic table downstairs provides additional seating for games and outdoor meals. Outdoor Bluetooth speakers for easy access to your favorite beach play list. Also, there is a great outdoor shower with hot and cold water. So, leave fresh clothes behind and rinse off and change before you go upstairs. (Note: swings on porch and golf cart are not available) Tvs are streaming only.
We now offer optional linen service to fit your needs and budget:
• Bring Your Own Linens (sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels) to save on costs. If you would like to bring your own linens ask us to remove the cost which is included in the cleaning fee.
Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. If you have any questions or special requests, just let us know - we are happy to help!

Meet the Owners of Beach Resort Services – A Family Tradition Since 1992 At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976. In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
