Island Castle is a newer custom home with an elevator that is accessible from the ground level and stops on the 1st and 2nd floors. The home features a game room in the upstairs with a SmartTV & a mini refrigerator. This home features a cooling & heating fireplace in the living room & primary suite. 3 of the rooms have custom built Queen Bunk Beds with 1 room featuring an additional twin bunk. The primary room has a King with a gorgeous en-suite that has a Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower.

Island Castle features gorgeous decks with comfortable furniture, umbrellas, dining space & BBQ. From the deck you could almost reach out and touch the water. Although this home is not beach front because it is on the corner of Seashell & Texas it has an unobstructed water view and is only a few steps to the beach. The part of the beach in this area does not have rocks in front of the sand so it is easily accessible. This part of the beach is a pedestrians only beach so, no vehicles or golf carts are allowed on the sand.

Island Castle is within walking distance to Jetty Park where you can fish, play on the playground equipment, use the fishing & crabbing pier, Splash Pad & walk along the Butterfly & Nature Trail. Also from the deck you can watch the super tankers & fishing boats enter and exit the Gulf of Mexico & Intracoastal Canal. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, brown pelicans fly across the horizon and everything Mother Nature has to offer.

Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston.
